One hour in person meeting to get to know you, your space, and discuss design scope.

Full Service Design
Modern Era Design’s full design service includes designer involvement every step of the way throughout your project. The process begins with an initial consultation where we get to know you and your space. After that, we come up with a concept and deliver a product board showing a collection of furniture and accessories curated specifically for your space. From there, we will assist with purchasing, coordination, installation, and anything else that helps you out along the way.
Consultation: One hour meeting in your space to get to know you, your space, and discuss design scope.
Concept Design: Researched specifications and colors of all materials for your review and approval.
Product Board: Concept design to visually communicate the design concept for your review and approval.
Coordination: Assistance coordinating purchasing, contract services* and installation.
Final Decorating Day : Putting all the details into place so you can effortlessly enjoy your newly designed space.
*Typical contract services include painting, special renovation projects, art installation and/or wallpaper installation
